In this role, you will prepare, season, and cook a variety of dishes, including soups, meats, vegetables, and desserts, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inspect and clean food preparation and serving areas to maintain safe and sanitary food-handling practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Regulate the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and fryers to ensure food is stored and cooked at the correct temperatures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients by monitoring stock levels and rotating items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Season and cook food according to established recipes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare a variety of cooking methods, including baking, roasting, broiling, deep-frying, and steaming for meats, fish, and vegetables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Test and observe foods to confirm they are cooked properly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carve and trim meats for both hot and cold service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Retrieve food items from the fridge or freezer as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum of 3 years of experience as a sushi chef or cook.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fine dining experience as a sushi or line cook is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent knife skills are highly desirable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong customer service skills are a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be able to remain on your feet and alert for extended periods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team player with the ability to work effectively with others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you&#8217;re passionate about culinary excellence and eager to contribute your skills to a vibrant team, we would love to meet you!
