Focused on maintaining the restaurant&#8217;s revenue, profitability, and quality objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist the management team in overseeing daily operations to ensure a positive, safe, and profitable work environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle cash responsibilities for opening and closing procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support timely stocking of merchandise for service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implement quality and productivity objectives to achieve company goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and strategies among employees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the General Manager on recruitment, training, performance evaluations, promotions, and employee separations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with the General Manager in planning short- and long-term projects, schedules, and manpower needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and implement staffing and business plans to achieve targets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Evaluate key productivity indicators and initiate process improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supervise daily operations, service flow, and guest satisfaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and report equipment repair and maintenance needs promptly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Address operational, technical, and mechanical issues in a timely manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage direct reporting to the General Manager regarding administrative matters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Foster positive working relationships with support divisions and the operations team to ensure effective operational support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop operational strategies to ensure activities align with organizational requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delegate daily work assignments and schedules for staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Education and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent (GED); some college preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of the Toast system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4+ years of full-service restaurant experience required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven customer service experience in a managerial role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience managing VIP reservations for fine dining establishments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprehensive knowledge of table management software.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong customer service skills to accommodate demanding diners with specific requests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in managing and developing a front-of-house (FOH) team, coaching them on guest service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with the ability to recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with restaurant management principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid financial management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><br>\u00bfC\u00f3mo aplicar al puesto?<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Env\u00eda un correo con tu CV a\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"mailto:gpragonesi@eratalent.one\"><strong>gpragonesi@eratalent.one<\/strong><\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description: Lead all aspects of dining room service, ensuring exceptional menu knowledge while motivating staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
